Britt van der Donk is the new assessor of the Faculty Board
The Faculty Board has a new assessor/student member. The interviewpanel chose, out of six candidates, for our own LUC student Britt van der Donk. We congratulate her on this new appointment and wish her all the best in this function. Monday 11 April she attended the Faculty Board meeting for the first time.
'I feel very honoured to have been appointed the exciting position of student assessor of Campus The Hague’s faculty board. The inclusion of a student in the faculty board is new, which brings along a responsibility to create a solid student function and student-friendly policy for both now and the future.
My aims for the upcoming years are the creation and implementation of student-friendly governance within the board and to provide the students with feedback and information about the processes that go on and the decisions that are made to us, the students.
To fulfil these aims, I will work in close corporation with the Faculty Council and the student bodies in our College in order to represent our best interests. I am really excited to start as assessor, and I will take the task with all my enthusiasm and dedication!'
