LUC The Hague College Building
LUC The Hague starts its existence in a beautiful, stately building at Lange Voorhout 44 in the cosmopolitan city of The Hague. This is close to the Dutch Houses of Parliament, the British, American and Swiss embassies, the Royal Theatre, The Hague Central Station, several parks and museums as well as the vibrant city center of The Hague.
The College has its own reading room, a restaurant, self study and group work areas, computer labs, class rooms, as well as offices for academics and administrative staff. It also includes a common room where students can relax between classes.
Lange Voorhout is a location with a long history in The Hague; it was already well known in the 15th Century. The majority of the houses that line this wide avenue date back to the 18th century and are national monuments. The tree-lined plaza of Lange Voorhout is home to a sculpture festival each summer, and various other cultural events take place in the area.
The Future
LUC The Hague is proud of its facilities in the centre of The Hague, but it is also ambitious for the future and it is already planning its expansion into a brand new, custom built campus, which will also be in the heart of the city.
